You can return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the product. Return of items for which the charge is borne by the company APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD, can be made in all cases where the orders are wrong, the delivery method is different from the one chosen by the customer or if the packaging is damaged or in in case the item is defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning or request a return.
The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In all cases the return of the product must be done with all the documents that accompany the product (invoice, delivery note). If the goods are returned damaged or incomplete, APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the goods. Returns other than the above will not be accepted.
If for any reason your order is not delivered and in case the shipping method you have chosen is registered airmail or ACS Courier, then APOEL Orange Shop LTD assumes full responsibility and your order will be fulfilled at no extra charge.
