Return Policy
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. Returning items by charging APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD can be made in all cases where the orders are wrong that if delivery type other than that mandated by nature or amount or if the delivery type of packaging has been damaged, or completely the bulk or in the event that the item is defective. In this case, the customer must either do not accept receipt of the product from the outset, or request a return, after consultation with APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD.
Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In all cases the return of the first product should be done with all the documents accompanying the product (invoice, delivery note) and complete the package. In case of refund, and provided that they have previously received and tested products from APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD, the refund to the customer will be cancellation charge of credit card (if the order is made by Credit Card) which will be curated by APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD. If goods are returned damaged or incomplete APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD has the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the goods and make unilaterally and without any way other total or partial settlement of his claim that for customers.
If for any reason your order is not delivered and in case where the shipping method you have selected was Registered Airmail or ACS Courier, then APOEL ORANGE SHOP LTD undertakes full responsibility and your order will be fulfilled without any extra charge.
Stock & Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply.
Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. In this case then the process will take more days but the customer will be informed. For example “Available within 7 days”
If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at Customer Services with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.
Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- Orders often have to be specially ordered from Macron and can take longer
- Products on Pre-Order or Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering
- Credit Card Checks – sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card
- Shirts with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days to dispatch
